We had a great evening, very helpful staff and good choice of food. Only annoyance was the waitress asking what drinks we wanted just as we had arrived and taking our coats off, also one of the group had not yet arrived. Apart from that, we all enjoyed our meals and the buzzy Friday evening atmosphere.

Had a really lovely meal and a special desert for my friend&rsquo;s 87th Birthday. Teresa was our waitress and she excelled in her friendliness and professionalism.

Since we last visited the Carvery, it has been redecorated and modernised.  It&#39;s now much lighter and appears more open, giving it a completely different feel.   We liked this very much and commented to the staff, who also seemed happy about the changes.  The food was, of course, just as good as always, and we would recommend it to anyone who likes eating out.
